You may have anxious tendencies in the relationship and find yourself needing constant reassurance, but it's never enough.

  • You have a yearning for intimacy but feel they don't want the same level of connection.

The tools I will share with you in this 60-minute live workshop will empower you to:

  • Hold yourself more effectively when your attachment wound is activated - this is about self-regulation AND deep inner holding. It is a huge step towards offering yourself what you missed in your childhood and healing those wounds.
  • Increase your level of self-acceptance and sense of self-worth - identifying your subconscious and conscious needs, making space for the authentic you.
  • Access and change your subconscious embodied programming - “The Body Keeps the Score” - learn to access your body in a new way and help it heal.

Meet Your Host For This Workshop

Hi, I’m Jen. I’m the person behind the Psychotherapy Central Instagram community. I’m so glad you have read this far!

I have a Master’s Degree in Applied Psychotherapy and Post Graduate Diploma in Energetic Health, so I tend to merge a psychotherapeutic and energetic lens on our human experiences. I have been formally trained in treating Complex Trauma, attachment disturbances, and relationship issues.

I use a combination of ‘parts work’, somatic psychotherapy, EMDR and energetic healing to effect powerful change in my clients. I created this workshop because I am passionate about healing attachment wounding and building safe, loving and stable relationships. What you learn in this workshop changed my life when I struggled to regulate and was deeply distressed about 17 years ago. I hope you receive as much benefit over your lifetime as I have.
